The survey was designed toexamine whether 2,4-D products exported from China and India were sold in theU.S. market at unfairly low prices and received government subsidies.

To discuss the response, the CCPIA convened a workingmeeting of the 2,4-D Product Collaboration Group in Beijing on 25 Mar., 2024.The participants include: heads of major production and export enterprises of2,4-D, representatives of 2-3 law firms, and staff of the secretariat of CCPIA.
The main content of the meeting included two parts: 1. Discussionon 2,4-D anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation case. 2. Discussionof industry risks and countermeasures. |
