On 28 April, 2015, Baolingbao Biology Co., Ltd. (Baolingbao) published its 2014 annual report, according to which the company’s revenue increased by a slight 1.1% year on year while its net profit decreased by 41.8%. There were two main reasons behind the decline in the company’s performance last year. On 19 Jan., 2015, Baolingbao Biology Co., Ltd. (Baolingbao) revealed that the projects of its 50,000t/a fructose (solid) comprehensive co-production and dextrin drying device have been put into operation recently while its projects of 5,000t/a crystalline trehalose and 5,000t/a galacto oligosaccharide as well as the construction of a technological center will be put into operation by the end of 2015.
A leading functional sugar enterprise in the domestic market, Baolingbao Biology Co., Ltd. (Baolingbao), published a notice on 11 Nov., 2014 that it would continue to use its idle raised fund to purchase bank financial products. A day earlier, it used the fund to purchase financial products from the Jinan branch of Industrial Bank, with a price of USD6.5 million. The predicted annual return rate of the products is 4.65%.

In the meantime, it got a revenue of USD109.6 million, up by 6.40% year on year.
