On 22 May, 2015, Hangzhou Yuhang District People's Court made a criminal judgement on the environmental pollution case involving Jiande II Chemical Factory, an affiliated factory of Zhejiang Wynca Chemical Group Co., Ltd., and other 2 companies as well as 10 individuals. The Jiande II Chemical Factory committed the offense of environmental pollution and was fined USD10.3 million (RMB63.0 million).
Zhejiang Wynca Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Wynca) has published its 2014 annual report. In the past year, the company brought in USD1,254.3 million as revenue, a 14.0% increase compared with 2013, and its net profit obtained last year was only USD8.1 million, down 88.6% year on year.
In the first nine months of 2014, the revenue of Zhejiang Wynca Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Wynca) increased by 13.8% year on year to USD958.7 million; on the contrary, its net profit witnessed a 73.9% year-on-year decline to USD15.3 million.

As of the draft of this article, 18 had announced their semi-annual reports, from which it can be known that 13 producers saw increase to different degree in their pesticide revenue in the first half of 2014. The other 5, namely Lier Chemical, Huaxing Chemical, Jiangsu Lanfeng, Shenghua Biok and Qianjiang Biochemical, all witnessed decline.
